Private Sauna Sessions for Day guests.
Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna
The sauna is situated in its own private garden and can comfortably accommodate two guests. We chose this Clearlight sauna not only because of its many proven health benefits and great design but also because it was the only sauna we found in Australia with next to zero Electromagnetic Frequency Emissions, (EMF). The sauna also includes the state of the art Colour Therapy.
We are now delighted to be able to offer sessions in our beautiful “Clearlight” Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna.
The benefits of infrared saunas include:
- Detoxification

- Boosting the immune system
